Notice of Company Name Change (from SDio Inc. to Infinimind Japan Inc.)

Effective January 15, 2026, we have changed our company name from "SDio Inc." to "Infinimind Japan Inc."

We have been operating in the Video Intelligence domain, and in anticipation of further business expansion and accelerated global development, we have decided to unify our brand with our U.S. entity (Infinimind Inc.), which was established last year.

With this change, all our employees are committed to meeting your expectations with renewed determination. We sincerely appreciate your continued support.
